What counts as one credit?
One completed call — whether we reach a human, leave a voicemail (where enabled), or confirm a scheduled callback. If the call fails for a technical reason on our end, we don't charge you.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Any time, no questions, no hoops. Two clicks in your billing settings. You keep whatever credits you've already been issued.
Is my phone number actually used?
Yes. Calls go out from your verified number as caller ID — which is why they get picked up, and why they count. Optionally, we can use a cloned version of your voice too.
What if I run out mid-campaign?
We'll tell you before you do. The dashboard shows exactly when you'll run out based on scheduled calls, so you can top up or upgrade before it matters.
Refunds?
Payments are non-refundable per our Terms of Service, but if something goes sideways, talk to us. We'd rather have a happy customer than a technicality.
