Protect TPS for Haiti Now
Temporary Protected Status (TPS) shields approximately 350,000 Haitian immigrants living in the United States from deportation to a country facing severe political instability, gang violence, and humanitarian crisis. TPS designations are granted by the Department of Homeland Security to nationals of countries experiencing ongoing armed conflict, environmental disasters, or other extraordinary conditions that make safe return impossible.
