Stand with Ukraine: Oppose Trump's Pro-Russia Peace Deal
Since Russia invaded Ukraine in 2022, the United States has stood alongside much of the international community in condemning the unprovoked assault on a sovereign nation. But the Trump administration has taken a dramatically different approach — one that many critics say rewards Russian aggression at Ukraine's expense. A leaked 28-point peace proposal from the administration would require Ukraine to surrender large swaths of occupied territory, slash its military by more than half, and permanently abandon its pursuit of NATO membership — while Russia would face few consequences and could even return to the G8 and global economic institutions.
Rather than standing firm with Ukraine, the Trump administration has sidelined Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy from key negotiations, with Trump arranging direct talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin while excluding Ukraine from the table. Zelenskyy has been clear: "Any decisions that are without Ukraine are at the same time decisions against peace." Meanwhile, deadly Russian airstrikes continue — including one of the worst drone attacks on Kyiv in over a year, killing 31 civilians.
The situation for Ukrainians in the United States is equally alarming. Many Ukrainian refugees now fear deportation back to an active war zone following the administration's escalating crackdowns on non-citizens. The bipartisan Ukrainian Adjustment Act (H.R. 3104) would offer these refugees a pathway to legal status and protection — but it needs congressional support to move forward.
Your representatives need to hear from you. Urge them to reject any peace framework that forces Ukraine into unjust concessions, to support Ukrainian sovereignty, and to back protections for Ukrainian refugees living in the U.S.

Hello, I am an assistant calling on behalf of a constituent, {{first_name}} {{last_name}} from {{city}}, {{state}} zip code {{zip_code}}. I'm calling to share a concern with Representative {{representative_name}} today. The constituent is deeply troubled by the Trump administration's approach to the war in Ukraine. The proposed peace plan — which would force Ukraine to give up territory, gut its military, and permanently block it from NATO — is not a fair deal. It rewards Russian aggression and sidelines the Ukrainian people from decisions about their own future. The constituent is asking {{representative_name}} to publicly oppose any peace framework that makes unreasonable demands of Ukraine, to support Ukrainian sovereignty, and to co-sponsor or vote in favor of the Ukrainian Adjustment Act, H.R. 3104, to protect Ukrainian refugees currently living in the United States. Thank you for passing along this message.
